have neighbor that screams bad words at my kids when ridding there four wheelers they ride for half hr to an hr only on saturdays they have threw nails in my field and driveway call the police at lease ten times in half hr call the other kids dad and complains about his kid that dont even live here what can we do to stop him actting like this my kids r scared to death of him

Then I would suggest perhaps calling the police, because of the nails, because he is endangering your children. You might have to consider getting a PFA against him if this keeps up.
