neighbor tree is overgrown. Sold their house a year ago. their are new owner but, no one has remove in.

Tree is so overgrown it is on my property and in my gutters now. creating a problem with continues cleaning out my gutter so the water does not backup into my house/roof/ceiling

suggestions?

If the tree is on your property you may cut any portion that is on your property.
