Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

Neighbor trespassng and planting on my property

My neihgbor has planted a row of trees on my property claiming not to know where the proprety line is. I asked her to stop digging up my property and I paid for a survey and stakes were put in to prove to her where the line is. She has pulled up the stakes and has now dug a ditch into the side of the hill where she planted the trees. When the hill finally crumbles because of the ditch my driveway is also going to go. I left her a note telling her to stop and repair the damage and gave her a deadline. She has asked for more time. When that deadline passes can I pull up the trees, fix the hill myself and call the police if she trespasses again or is there something else that should be done that won't start a war?

I suggest you consult with legal counsel immediately. You neighbor is acting improperly. To protect yourself you must seek assistance. You might need to seek an injunction or other legal action. Gerald Hershenson 215-579-9390
