Neighbors mailbox on my property
Last spring prior to installing a new patio and landscaping, we had our property surveyed. The resulting markers showed that our neighbors mailbox is about 5 feet inside our property. On discovery, I approached my neighbor an asked him nicely to please move the mailbox back to his property. I gave him all summer to move the mailbox and he has not. I called him up and asked him when he was going to move it, he said he was not planning to move it. I checked with the township zoning/building inspector and he said I should just ask the person to move it. I also cheched with the local post office, and their customer service supervisor said that the people should move it. The development is approximatly 19 years old, and that specific mailbox has been there for 3 years. What should I do next?

A strongly worded letter from an attorney might do the trick. If it doesn't you will need to files suit to move the mailbox.
