nursing home & property
My mother in law wants to signher house over to her son or sell it to him for 1.00 in case down the road she would go to a nursing home can she do that & can they come back on the property if she ends up in a home?

It depends. There is what as known as a look back period where they could claim the transfer was done to avoid having the house taken. There are other issues to consider. The major one is the income tax liability.
