Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

I'm a owner of Time share that is paid off with old company . A new company bought out and under new name ,and management. What,... if any obligation to pay maintenance fee under new company? How can i get out of this?

Because the ownership changed, no that doesn't get you out of the maintenance contract, To do that you'd have to sell the uniit.
