Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

Who owns the house. Only names on deed are my daughter and mine. My husband put up the money, which was given but his aunt. So who would get the house in a divorce case.

It would depend on the deed, and on the contract you would sign at the divorce settlement table.
