Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

In PA, we are fighting with a neighbor about property lines because we are extending our driveway. We already have the zoning permit approved by our township, and tried to please the nieghbor, but it hasn't worked. SO, to help, we just spend $400 to have a survey done... now with the survey done, it shows that her fence is two foot over into our property!!! So, because we are also getting a new fence completed, she is going to have to move the fence. She legally must do this correct? We aren't sure of what actions to take. The fence has been on the property for 25 years.

You should make an appointment with a lawyer to review all the documents you have referred to there may be an issue of adverse possession which may give your neighbors rights or title to the two feet but the issue certainly requires legal analysis.
