Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania
PA Statute for breach of contract (specifically lease)
A former tenant still owes money after eviction. Defendant owes monies for unpaid rent, late fees and damages. Security deposit has already been taken, but additional monies are still outstanding. To file a civil complaint in the court of common pleas, one must cite the statute or ordinance that the defendant has violated on a Civil Complaint form. I need the name of the Statute or ordinance for failing to comply with the terms of the lease. Breach of contract? Please help, ASAP.

Re: PA Statute for breach of contract (specifically lease)
The form you are taking about is for district court (Small Claims). You need to cite the statute if you are suing under one. In the box list the facts and state claim for breach of contract.
