Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

My partner and I own a house as joint tenants with rights of survivorship. If she defaults on a bank loan, credit card, educational loan, payments to the IRS, etc., can a lein be put on our home?

A lien could be placed on your partner's interest in the real estate that should not affect you.
