In Philadelphia me and three other siblings are named as equal owners of our Mothers house. How do I get my name off as part owner?

Was a Deed recorded to you and your siblings? You have to sign a new deed transferring your interest to the other siblings. There are other requirements for recording the deed. Consult a real estate lawyer before completing the transfer to make sure that it does not adversely affect you and to assist with the documentation and recording.
