Police Seizure of Real Estate
I co-own a rental property that is going to be seized by the police (because of the other owner). How could this affect my credit? Can the police sell the house for less than what is still owed to the bank?

First, find out exactly what the nature of the seizure is and what the grounds are. Then consult a lawyers in your area who is familiar with civil or criminal forfeiture to assist you.
