Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

is possession 9/10th the law

I have a friend who I let store their stuff in my basement while they moved. It is now months later, and after asking numerous times, they still have not got the stuff out of said basement. At what time or what do I have to do to be able to pitch the stuff to the garbage man?

I suggest you give notice in writing via certified mail and regular mail setting a time limitation. In the notice spediy that the goods will be place out in the trash if not picked up by the time specified unless alternative arrangements are made. Any alteration should be in writing.
