Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

What is the process for selling your house to your family. We all currently live in the same house--selling it to the family for $80,000 less than market value, for what is owed on property, to child and her husband, from the mother.

You'll need a sales agreement. A new deed will have to be drafted and once executed filed with the recorder of deeds.
