cutting lot next door 20 yrs. no charge .to keep critters away.can we go to court to atain it? owner wont sell.

First the time required is 21 years. Next the use of the land must open visible and hostile.

I doubt that cutting grass is hostile.

Why should he sell you're maintaining it for free.
