Property Dispute

15 yrs ago I planted a lilac shrub on my property. It over grew and is now creeping onto my neighbors property. Is it my responsibility to take care of this or is it theirs.

Well go talk to your neighbors and see what you can work out.

Talking is much easier and cheaper than calling a lawyer.
