property line dispute
Our survey and our neighbors are not the same.Most of the lines are the same, but one isn't.Their surveyor is starting with that line, which then changes all the rest. Ours says the direction is N 54,34,16 W, and theirs says its N53,59, but they both are 265.94 ft.. This is a difference of about 1 1/2ft. How do we fix this?

You must review the description in your deed and check where the error in the description can be. Your shoudld have purchased title insurance when you bought the property. You might want to check with them for assistance. If not you must have an attorney review the description and get advice on the proper action to take.
