Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

Property line dispute

Two surveys place the line where I say it is. One survey places it at another location. I know that surveys may be inches off, but what if it is off by feet. One of the surveys in agreement with me was done through contract with the person disputing the line.
