Acting as my own Attorney in a small judgement case, in preparation for the hearing, can I request copys of minutes from the Board of Directors meetings?. also any and all records from my account with the Property managemt Co.

A district justice action does not afford either party the right to discovery. That is the process where documents are obtained and questions answered before a hearing. However, you can subpoena witnesses and have a court reporter. You would have to pay the costs of service of the subpoenas and the court reporter.
Either party can appeal the judgment within 30 days. That costs about $250.00 and affords the parties the right to proceed at the next level and conduct discovery if they wish.
