Property owner's rights

I own a home that a relative is livign in. She pays rent to another relative. I receive nothing. Do I have a legal right to demand that she pay the rent to me?

And just how did she get to live there? Did you sign a lease? If so rent should be coming to you.

If not then why are you letting her live in the property. Does the other relative have a possessory interest in the property?

I know more questions than answers. However, without know the details its hard to say what your rights are.
