Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

Property Problem.

I was willed a piece of property from uncle who passed away in Macedonia. He died in 1995 but I found out two years ago. Now, property is in dire need of repairs, and has been condemmed by the boro where I live. It has been empty for 14 years. I have been paying taxes on property, and do not have money to repair it or tear it down. Need to know if there is someway I can get the property in my name, and if there is help I can get from the government after this? Can you help me please? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank You.

You definitely need legal assistance in this matter. Was an estate every probated in Macedonia? You need doccument from Madedonai or possibly Probate a new estate to get Title in your name. Gerald Hershenson Esq.
