Property transfer (in India) from spouse owing to divorce

My husband & I were married in India and now getting divorced in USA. As per the divorce agreement, our house in Hyderabad will be transffered to me.

Can someone help me figure out the process of property transfer? I need to know the detailed steps after the bank loan has been transfered.

I also need to know the time it could take for this process & if both him & I are required to be in Hyderabad at the same time for this transfer to effectuate?

You need to consult with a lawyer who is licensed in India. A PA lawyer will not know the property laws of India.
