Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

Protery Rights- Easements

A neighbor wants to install a sewer line across my property. Do I have to let her and what are my legal options? Can I request payment from her for an easement? Are there any other alternatives?

Re: Protery Rights- Easements

I suggest you consult legal counsel. You do not have to grant an easement and can demand reimbursement if you do. There are many problems associated with having a easement that include right to repair. Do not grant it unless you obtain legal advice. Gerald M. Hershenson Esq. 215-579-9390
