purchase a home in philadelphia,pennsylvania

he has been married for five years both of us are ex military and childhood sweethearts..we what to purchase a home in both names $300,00...both of our incomes are needed to qualify for the loan....what are the pros and cons of this joint venture...please respond...thank you

The con is if the property needs to be sold by one party and the other party does not want to sella lawsuit would need to be filed. Make sure all agreements are in writing and contact an attorney to review the documents.
