Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

I had purchased a house and spoke to my landlord about putting the property back on the market. We paid rent until the new tenants moved in. The landlord is now keeping our security deposit (1,500). This is stipulated in the lease, but with no financial loss incurred is it legal for them to keep this cost. They have admitted that we left the property in great shape and stated they will keep the money just because it is in the lease.

That's not right love to see the lease. Security deposits must be refunded unless the landlord provides an estimate of damages.
