Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

I just purchased a storage facility that was in bankruptcy. There is a storage unit that was used by the facility for storing retail stock and it also has a lot of furniture in it. Shortly after purchasing the facility, a former manager who was either fired or quit contacted me to tell me that the furniture was hers. Today, the former owner of the storage facility visited me to tell me that the furniture is his and that his former manager, who he fired, is a liar. Neither can "prove" ownership of the furniture and there was no lease for that storage unit because it was being used by the storage facility. What do I do?

If the fired manager wants ithe property back she'll have to file an action in Common Pleas court. The local district justice can't hear such cases. She'll have to prove be a preponderance of the evidence that the propety is her's and it wasn't abandoned.
