Re: quit claim on real estate

Your email is very difficult to understand. I am assuming you signed a mortagage when the house was first purchased. If so, you are responsible to repay the mortgage if your husband did not. You may have a claim against him or his estate after you pay it off, based on the quit claim deed and whatever your agreement was when the deed to him was done.
