I entered into a verbal contract buying some property in PA. Whta if any rights do I have?

Because of Pennsylvania's statute of frauds at 33 P.S. � 1 contracts for the sale of land must be in writing.

If by "verbal contract" you mean one not in writing, then you have no contract and no legal rights. Contracts for real property must be in writing.
