Real estate ownership

Owership of a home belong to a step-father and his two step sons, a yar latter the step-sons are removed from ownership, without any knowledge, and a daughter now on the ownship of the property.

Generally, all owners of a property must sign a deed before a notary in order to change ownership. The "former" owners should consult with an attorney soon to determine if something illegal took place.
