Real Property and divorce laws
If a wife serves the husband a divorce forst, does she have seniority over selling of the house, with out the husband's consent,as long as she divides the money equally?

No. The hosue if it is marital property, will be divided on a basis the court reaches if the party's can not come to an agreement. I offer free consultations.
