Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

I received a notice from a credit card company stating that they would start sheriff sale proceedings on my house, if I do not pay the required debit. Is this possible with unsecured debt?

If the credit card company obtained a judgement against you and all parties who own the house then it is possible they can bring an action to sell the real estate.
