Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

I received a vehicle title in the mail for a 2011 car I didn't purchase. I'm assuming the DMV made a mistake and issued it in the wrong name. (Both my husband and I are listed on the title as the owners.) Is this car legally mine? What should I do? Obviously I don't want to leave someone without a car, but I want to know if I have legal rights to this vehicle..

No it's not your car. You need to contact DMV and return the title.

Why in god's name would you think you'd have any rights to a car you did NOT purchase?
