Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

We tried to refinance our home and everything was accepted when we did what the bank asked, but were turned down at the last minute. After being told that it was approved. Is there anything we can do legally?

I don't know but what was the reason you were turned down? Maybe try speaking with a different lender. Also try contacting Department of Banking in PA and see.
