right to refuse an inheritance

I inherited a trailer from my brotherand do not want it-the landlord wants it off the property which will cost $2500. Do i ahve the right to refuse this inheritance?

Yes, an inheritance is a gift. You need to contact the executor and get the right document to him to refuse the gift.
