Removed From Deed By Fraud

I living with someone and bought a house cash in 1998 in Pa. It was paid with a bank check which was issued to me from the sale of another house. I never intented to marry this person I used his surname under distress. In 2001 I left the house because of abuse in the middle of the night, he never gave my anything my son, my cloths etc. My son lives with his father in the house. I was in touch with both of them untill 2003 when he stopped taking my calls. I found out he took out a mortgage in 2003 without my consent now I found out he has taken me off the deed some other woman went before a notary as me with my ID, it would not have been hard for him to find me he has run ins with my sister and my son who is 19 works with her. I made a Police report over a month ago I feel the police are stalling me first one on the case took 3 weeks told me nothing and now I have another who i just spoke to and he tell's me he just spoke to the notary who I believe works for the lawyer who transfered the property the officer informed me someone was there as me but the notary throw out the paper work also he was going to the DA's office but I may have to go to Civil Court. Fraud, Theft and Idenity Theft all Crimes why Civil Court

Fraud and theft are also a causes of action in civil court. In civil court you only need to prove the allegations by a preponderance of the evidence a much lower standard than reasonable doubt that would be required in a criminal trial.
