Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

Removing name from will

Parents passing, leaving their bad financial decisions and debt to heirs. Not wanting to deal with liens and creditors associated with the estate. Can I remove my name from a will, separate myself from the estate? Knowing that there are other willing heirs, how and in what manner will those assets be handled then?

Re: Removing name from will

Why bother the Debts go to the estate if the estate can't pay them then the estate is insolvent. The worst that should happen to you is that you'll inherit nothing.
