Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

Rent to Own

I currently have a mortgage on a condo that I would like to sell but my agent has a client interested in rent to own. If I decide to do the rent to own what financial obligations would I have and what would the renter be liable for?

This is a contract driven transaction...the better the contract, the better your protection.

I can assist you (at a reasonable price) to "get this deal under seal". A good written contract can be completed by my office in 24 hours.

These scenarios are largely governed by the terms in the contract. It is very possible to specificy what items you do and not wish to be responsible for, and what terms you would like should they choose to exercise the option to purchase.

You should protect yourself from any unexpected or unnecesary obligations. Feel free to contact me for a free initial consultation.
