Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

I rented an apt in the upscale area of Swarthmore,Pa. the building includes on the bottom floor an eating establishment, from the time we moved in with two young children the property is infested with mice. I have notified the landlord over several months and now not only are my children harmed emotionally, but also am seeing skin rashes. I have broken the lease, gave the landlord 60 days notice and informed them of the reason why. I am not being informed by the landlord that I have to pay the remainder of the lease or I will be taken to court. What are my legal rights?

Well if the land land comes after you he want get far. He violated the implied warranyty of habitability. That is whether stated in the lease or not you're entilted among other things not to have to share the premises with vermin (mice). You also could have left with a lot less than 60 day notice. Further a resturant in a building with mice isn't going to pass inspection.
