Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

Renter without a contract

I was subletting a room in my apartment after my other roommate was transferred. This new roommate was paying half the rent and utilities. After a period of 3 months roommate is late on rent and moves out a week into the 4th month. I am seeking the last months rent and half the utilities, do I have any legal grounds without a signed lease?
