renters rights on eviction

does landlord have to give a written notice of eviction when selling the property to a realiter and how much of a notice?

Assuming the lease obligation is not in default by the renter, a sale of the property to a third party does not alter the lease obligation. The buyer must honor the lease. However, when the lease terminates the buyer can give notice under the lease to terminate. Your lease should be reviewed by an attorney to determine your rights.
