The rights of a tenant is found in the Landlord and Tenant Law of Pennsylvania. There may be several book that can be found in a law library. One of the unusal provisions is that the landlord has a duty to sent an itemization of damages and return of the security deposit within thirty days of the termination of the lease or can be required to pay double the security deposit less any damages.
