Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

I'm currently renting a home with 6 students. We all signed under two different leases. One under one addresses and one another another. The house is clearly one house and only has one kitchen. The zoning code states "D. No more than four (4) total dwelling units shall be permitted per lot." The right side of the house can not be fully self sufficient since it does not have a full kitchen. We have had many problems with the Realtor. I was wondering if he is renting to us illegally? I was thinking about getting a house inspector to come in and prove that there are 6 students living under one roof.

Ok if you do that then the downside is you'll need a new place to live. First, thing you need to do is figure out what you want to happen. For example if its an illegal lease you probably can get out of it but then what.
