renting rooms

i'm getting workers comp,kids moving out, can i rent rooms in my Phila home & not live there. home too big for me but dont want to sell it,need it to make more income.

You should be able to. I would recommend checking the city and county codes just to make sure. Also, of course make sure that you have a good lease agreement.
