Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania
I am currently renting to own in Schuylkill county, Pennsylvania and have come to discover my neighbors driveway is on my property as well as a recently installed fence, a camper, a pile of blocks, a pile of garbage, some trees they planted on the side of the driveway closest to my house and a recently rebuilt garage. The driveway would be useful to me as my primary driveway as the driveway I currently use is on my other neighbors land and is badly damaged. The people using my land for their driveway have threatened to call the police if i drive down the driveway they use. I am wondering if I can remove the trees and use the driveway even if I can not force them to remove the camper, garbage and garage. The current person who owns the land has never given them permission to be on her land and in fact has requested they not use her land several times over the past few years.

The key word is you are RENTING. it's up to the landlord to enforce his property rights not you.
