I have a Residential property in Philadelphia PA that I would like to sell myself. Where can I get a Residential Purchase Agreement that states the buyer agrees to purchase the property As is?

Some where on the internet. Will it be written to comply with Pennsylvania law. Well there's a 1 in 51 chance it will. Who will do the title search? Prepare the deed. Prepare the HUD-1? A low priced home in your zip is over 100K so you would risk that to save a couple of thousands dollars? If you plan to sell it yourself you need to spring for a lawyer.
