reversion
my church is looking to purchase--name removed--piece of land to build--name removed--new church. We heard we could offer the Seller--name removed--''reverter clause'' where if the church went belly up, the land would revert back to the Seller. Is this true?

It is possible to create a right in the seller to receive the property back in the event the church cease to utilize the property for religious purposes.
