Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

What are my rights?

My family has been having problems with a thick fungus growing around every window in our apartment. This is a problem in several of the apartments. The property owner had an air testing company come into several apartments to see if there were any health concerns. My apartment was one of the apartments that were tested. I allowed them in my apartment because they told me that I would receive the results in writting. Now they refuse to give them to me. Do I have the right to see the results?

Re: What are my rights?

Since there is a warrenty of habitability implied in every lease, you have a right to know your apartment is safe. This would extend to health. You can demand to see that the report says your apartment is safe, if not you can escrow money for rent until your landlord proves the fungus is not dangerous to health.
