rights of second wife

my deceased husband was divorced around 13 years ago. we have been married the same amount of time.the deed to the house we live in is still in his and his ex wifes name.we have keep up the house, never asking his ex wife for anything.what are my rights now that he has passed to the home? does the ex wife have any rights

The ex wife may actually now own the house in its entirety or she may only own 1/2 of the value of the property. You need to speak with an attorney as soon as possible!
