how to get out of a sales agreement

I was hurried into signing a sales agreement

without reading the whole document. later found

some misrepresented facts. some easements added

dead discriptions to be provided with surveys

all at my expense. is there any legal way to get

out of this agreement.

It is very difficult to answer your question. Many more facts are needed. In addition, your agreement must be reviewed by an attorney as soon as possible. There may be a way to get out of the agreement, but it can not be determined without a full analysis of the facts and a review of the written agreement.
