Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

security deposit

I lived in a duplex for 18 long months before being evicted. I was continously harrassed by these 2 people who lived upstairs. They never fixed anything,walked into my apartment on a number of occasions to throw my company out.Trust me when I say these people make the Bate's motel look like the ritz. I'm disabled (nervous breakdown) and they used that to terrorize me. Now they refuse to give me back my security deposit. Please help me

all you can do is go to your local District Court and file a complaint to have your security deposit returned, You will have to prove that you left the apartment in as good condition as when you moved in, normal wear and tear excepted.
